Their black Honda Civic went into oncoming traffic after a collision with another car on Monday afternoon, Birmingham Live reports.
They died at the scene on the A435 in Wythall, Worcestershire.
The married couple, of Birmingham, are said to have had three daughters and a son.
Police said the Honda Civic was travelling south when it was involved in a collision near an Esso petrol station at around 4.40pm.
The car was sent across the central reservation and into oncoming traffic on the northbound carriageway.
Emergency services scrambled to the scene, including an air ambulance.
Two other people were taken to Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital, one with serious injuries who is in a "stable condition".
A GoFundMe page has been set up to build a water well in the name of the victims, which has raised more than £4,000.
