Suspect arrested in fatal shooting in Aurora McDonalds parking lot.

A suspect has been arrested for investigation of first-degree murder in connection to a parking lot shooting at a McDonald’s in Aurora.

At about 6:30 p.m. on June 29 police responded to a shooting at 2651 S. Parker Road, according to a news release.

On Thursday, police arrested Treyvion Simpson, 22, as a suspect in the case. Simpson has been charged with first-degree murder, according to police.

The shooting victim has been identified as Andrew Edward Billinger, 38, according to the Sentinel.

At the time of the incident police said they were looking for a suspect who was in a silver vehicle.
