Environmental champion Prince Harry reportedly hired a not-so-green gas-guzzling Chevrolet SUV as part of an ultra-exclusive private airport service.
The Duke of Sussex was spotted at Los Angeles International (LAX) airport using the service called The Private Suite, run by Gavin de Becker.
Mr de Becker is reportedly running security for Harry and Meghan at their Montecito home and packages for the $4,500 (£3,250) a year service cost an additional $3,450 (£2,505) per trip.
PS offers "a private airport experience" and "reimagines the airport experience for the seasoned and discerning traveller," according to the Mail on Sunday.
It's a far cry from his previous statements about the environment.
In a YouTube snippet from an environmental documentary for Waterbear last year, Prince Harry said: "For me, it's about doers, not sayers. There's a lot of people that say but this is about action."
The Prince was spotted stepping off a flight from London at LAX earlier this month and hopping into the Chevrolet SUV before being whisked off.
Chevrolet's own website claims a pretty uninspiring 31 miles per gallon on the highways and around 26 mpg in city traffic.
The PS service has been described as "the most VIP way through the airport" and one step up from first-class, one step down from a private jet.
Earlier this year, the Duke warned climate change must be tackled "at the source" and said it was "pretty depressing" that much of the US was "either on fire or underwater".
Speaking about the issue on a Royal visit to Botswana in 2019 he said: "I don't there's anyone not involved in conservation somehow or who shouldn't be involved in conservation somehow.

"There's an emergency and a race against time – and one which we are losing. Everyone knows it and I think there's no excuse for not knowing that.
"The troubling thing is I don't think there's anybody in the world that can deny science, undeniable science and facts science and facts that have been around for the last 30, 40 years and it's only getting stronger and stronger."
"Genuinely I don't understand how anyone in this world, whoever you are…no one can deny science or we live in a very troubling world."
Representatives of Prince Harry have been approached for comment.
