People have been left scratching their heads over why Prince Harry travelled alone to Balmoral and not with other Royals travelling north to be with the dying Queen.
The Duke of Sussex, it was announced, would not be travelling to Aberdeenshire, Scotland, with his wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex despite it initially thought that the pair were planning to head north of the border together.
Meghan stayed down south in the end but did not attend the WellChild awards, which were part of the initial reason the couple was in the UK in the first place.

What has caused more confusion though is why the plane that landed in Aberdeenshire at 3:50pm yesterday (Thursday, September 9) – 40 minutes before Prime Minister Liz truss was informed the Queen had died – didn't have Harry on board.
Coverage of events saw cameras trained on the plane doors as people got out, but Harry was not spotted alongside Prince William, Prince Andrew and the Earl and Countess of Wessex, Prince Edward and his wife Sophie.
News eventually broke Harry was travelling alone, from which point he managed to find a private jet. He had reportedly been travelling for 12 hours by the time he made it to Balmoral.
All travelling parties apart from Charles' are understood to have missed the Queen's passing, with William arriving around 5:30pm and Harry around 8pm.

The Sun reports that there were 12 empty seats on the plane carrying William and Andrew.
It has also been claimed that the group that travelled together would have gone past Frogmore Cottage in Windsor where Harry and Meghan were staying during their brief tour to Europe.
William is understood to have been staying just half a mile away at Adelaide Cottage and Andrew on the Windsor estate, at Royal Lodge.
Also reported to be 15 minutes away at their Bagshot Park home were Prince Edward and Sophie, the Earl and Countess of Wessex.
There have been questions asked about why the royals had such different travel plans for the heartbreaking trip north.
Taking to Twitter, @DataGeek95 said: "If Harry was in London, why was he not included with the others to go to Balmoral so he could (hopefully) be there before she passed?
"I mean, he travelled alone and the news was announced before he got there. That seems rude and disrespectful.
Harry was also seen leaving Balmoral alone, sparking fears that the death of their Queen and Grandmother wasn't enough for King Charles, William and Harry to resolve their ongoing disagreements.
