Kate Middletons skin-glowing diet more popular than Meghan and the Queens

Kate Middleton has the most popular royal diet, a study of online searches has revealed.

The royal's diet pulled in 4,6000 searches last month – seven times more than average for all royal diets.

The research, by exercise and nutrition experts Barbend, analysed monthly Google searches for the diets belonging to key members of the Royal Family, to discover which one generated the most searches.

And it also found that her diet was four times more than the next most searched royal diet – Meghan Markle.

Meghan Markle has the second most Googled royal diet, with her plant-based staples of avocado, peanut butter and apple and her go-to green juice pulling in 1,100 searches a month – nearly double the searches for all royal diets on the list.

The eating habits of The Queen, Princess Diana and Grace Kelly, who became Princess of Monaco, are also among the most searched.

The Duchess of Cambridge’s meal choices fetch around 55,000 searches a year, as it involves a skin-glowing combination of healthy and nutritious foods, with a few relatable indulgences.

The Duchess of Cambridge is a big fan of slow-burn energy oats, which keep her filled up and with enough fuel to attend royal events, exercise and run after her three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

To maintain her enviable figure, she matches nutritious, healthy eating with a consistent workout regime of planking and running.

Kate is also known to blend her own antioxidant-filled smoothies, mixing kale, spirulina, matcha, spinach, romaine and blueberries together in a delicious mix, helping her maintain a natural glow and healthy skin.

Continuing with the antioxidant-rich theme of her breakfast, Kate favours organic foods for lunch and incorporates as many raw ingredients as possible.

Watermelon salads are a staple of Kate’s lunches, and include juicy pink watermelon mixed with avocado, onion, cucumber, and feta cheese – the perfect mix of sweet and savoury.

While Kate mostly sticks to lighter, plant-based foods for lunch, she is known to indulge in traditional English favourites for dinner, including the staple of roast chicken, which is Prince William’s favourite supper.

The future queen frequently enjoys cooking with their children, making pizza, pasta and baking cakes.
