Russian President Vladimir Putin's WW3 warning has sparked fresh health fears after the bloated tyrant struggled to speak as he appeared out of breath during his recent speech.

The Russian leader wheezed as he threatened the West with nuclear weapons, leaving experts convinced he is unwell.

Putin paused multiple times during his speech and even seemed confused while he stuttered during his deadly address.

While taking gasps for air, the president issued a damming warning about what would happen if the West interferes with the war in Ukraine, reports The Sun.

He said: "If someone intends to interfere in what is going on from the outside they must know that constitutes an unacceptable strategic threat to Russia.

"They must know that our response to counterstrikes will be lightning fast. Fast.

"We have all the weapons we need for this. No one else can brag about these weapons, and we won’t brag about them.

"But we will use them."

Kremlin officials have dismissed claims that there should be concerns over the 69-year-old's health despite what seems to be notably obvious signs including his weight.

Body language expert Professor Erik Bucy has joined others who have noticed a difference between Putin now compared to some years ago.

The professor from Texas Tech University said: "It’s an astonishingly weakened Putin compared to the man we observed even a few years ago.

"An able-bodied president would not need to keep himself propped up with a hand held out for leverage and would not be concerned about keeping both feet planted on the ground."
